The focus of these FREE trainings is to provide rural jurisdictions

 with sufficient tools and education to properly handle

the removal of refrigerants. 

Training is required for anyone who performs maintenance, service,

repair or disposal to appliances that could release refrigerants

into the atmosphere.

Training consists of an 8-hour course and a 1-hour exam.

Attendance both days is mandatory.  Photo ID is required.

Attendees successfully passing the exam will receive EPA certification.

Training opportunities are open to local solid waste and HHW facility personnel, LEA and CUPA agencies, and local businesses and retailers.
